Reservations - (800) 248-7779

 

Reservations are required to guarantee a seat on all Island Airlines flights. If you do not have a reservation we will do our best to get you on the next flight, but please be aware that space is limited and many of our flights sell out. Without a reservation there is a chance that we will not be able to accommodate you on your preferred flight.

 

Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made either by phone, 800-248-7779, or in person at our ticket counter. As a courtesy to our customers, we do not require payment at the time of reservation. In return, we ask that if you are unable to make your reservation that you call and let us know ahead of time so we can release the space to other customers.

 

Reservations are held up to 15 minutes prior to departure

In order to ensure on-time departures, we ask that passengers with reservations check in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. If you have not checked in on time, your seat will be released to standby customers.

 

Canceling a Reservation

Please call 800-248-7779 if you are not able to make your reservation.

 

No-shows

If you cannot make your reservation for any reason please call ahead and let us know. Individuals with an excessive history of no-shows may be required to pre-pay for reservations.

 

If you do not show up for the first leg of a round-trip reservation, your reservation for the return flight will be canceled.

 

Walk-up and Standby Tickets

Walk-up and standby customers will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis. As always, we will do our best to try to accommodate all passengers but please be aware that space is limited and reservations are the only way to guarantee space on a flight.
