Passenger Weight
Sometimes our passengers are a bit surprised when we ask them for their body weight. The purpose is to ensure the airplane is loaded within its safe parameters. Proper weight and balance of the airplane is a requirement of the Federal Aviation Administration. Please provide the ticket agent with an accurate weight. We realize this can be a sensitive issue, so we will be as discreet as possible.

PETS FLY FREE!
We gladly accept leashed dogs and cats in a pet carrier aboard our aircraft. We limit the total weight to 120 lbs. Please advise us when making your reservation that you are traveling with your pet.

Bicycles
We accept bikes on a space available basis. We ask that each bike have a removable seat and front tire. Please advise us when making your reservation that you are bringing a bike so we can best organize the available space. Remember, we cannot guarantee that your bike will travel on your flight.
